The event was sponsored by KVGMC alumni association. The ceremony commenced with a welcome address and brief introduction to the significance of the symbolic release by Dr. Apoorva Dore. As balloons ascended and doves took flight, the moment beautifully captured the essence of harmony, unity, and collective growth. The act served as a powerful visual representation of KVG’s enduring commitment to excellence , strength in unity and community service over the past 25 years.

The event witnessed an approximate footfall of 400 attendees, including:
- MBBS students
- Teaching and non-teaching staff of KVG Medical College
