Our Mission

Through excellence in teaching and practice, to train competent, compassionate, able and suitable healthcare providers and researchers.
To make a significant contribution to health standards.
To render medical service at an affordable cost and to maintain standards, ethics and morale at a level our country can afford.

Our institution holds a profound commitment to cultivating excellence in both teaching and practice, thereby producing highly capable, empathetic, and adept healthcare providers and researchers. Our comprehensive, innovative curriculum and training programs aim to equip our students with the advanced skills and extensive knowledge they need to excel in the rapidly evolving world of healthcare. We not only prioritize technical proficiency, but also place strong emphasis on the development of compassion and patient-centered care. We believe that a truly competent healthcare provider is one who couples scientific expertise with a deep sense of empathy and understanding for their patients.

Our goal extends beyond training individuals to become skilled healthcare professionals – we aim to nurture our students into becoming contributors to the broader healthcare community. We strive to instill in them the spirit of inquiry and innovation, encouraging them to engage in research that has the potential to advance our understanding of health and disease, and improve health outcomes.

In addition to training exceptional healthcare providers and researchers, we are also committed to making a significant contribution to health standards. We are dedicated to working towards the enhancement of public health, through both our research efforts and our practical application of healthcare services. Our commitment to improving health standards encompasses everything from prevention and wellness initiatives to the diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of health conditions.

One of our key missions is to provide medical services that are not just of high quality, but also affordable. We understand that cost can often be a barrier to accessing necessary medical care, and we are committed to breaking down this barrier. We strive to keep our services accessible to all, irrespective of their economic situation, thereby ensuring that everyone in our community has the opportunity to access the healthcare they need.

At the same time, we are steadfast in maintaining high standards of care, ethics, and morale in all our operations. We firmly believe that cost should not compromise the quality of care, and we go to great lengths to ensure that our services meet the highest medical and ethical standards. We also foster a positive and respectful work environment, promoting high morale among our staff, as we believe this translates into better care for our patients.

Ultimately, our mission is to train exceptional healthcare providers and researchers, contribute to the improvement of health standards, provide affordable medical services, and maintain the highest standards of care, ethics, and morale. We strive to achieve these goals in a manner that is sustainable and within the means of our country, thereby contributing to a healthier, more equitable society.
