Teaching and Non-teaching Staff Quarters

Our institution extends beyond providing excellent educational facilities by offering comprehensive accommodation solutions for our teaching staff, non-teaching staff, and residents right within the campus. This housing initiative is much more than just a convenience; it is a testament to our commitment to fostering a close-knit community and ensuring the well-being of our staff and residents.

Our housing options are diverse, offering both studio apartments and two-bedroom, hall, kitchen (2 BHK) apartments. Each of these living spaces has been meticulously designed with a focus on functionality, comfort, and aesthetics. Whether it’s the compact and efficient layout of the studio apartments or the spacious arrangement of the 2 BHK apartments, each type of accommodation caters to varying needs and preferences.

Every apartment within our housing complex is not just structurally sound but also well furnished. From comfortable beds and seating arrangements to functional storage solutions, every piece of furniture has been thoughtfully chosen to create a homely environment. These living spaces are not just about functionality; they also offer a sense of style and personality, making them more than just a place to sleep and eat.

The apartments are further equipped with basic amenities to ensure a convenient and comfortable living experience. These include, but are not limited to, well-equipped kitchens for preparing meals, efficient plumbing systems for reliable water supply, and secure doors and windows for safety and privacy. By providing these amenities, we ensure that the occupants can enjoy a quality living experience without any hassles.

Recognizing the varying needs of our staff and residents, we also offer the option of air-conditioned quarters upon request. The provision of air-conditioning ensures a comfortable living environment, particularly during the hot summer months, thereby enhancing the overall comfort and quality of life for the occupants.
